Booking is completed in one streamlined online step—no back-and-forth required, with support available if you’d like it.

Preparing for Your Session

After booking, you’ll receive a preparation guide with everything you need to feel ready.

It covers:

  • Helping your dog feel comfortable and confident

  • What (if anything) to bring

  • Arrival details and session flow

  • What to expect during your session

Reminders are sent along the way so everything stays clear and easy.

Session Day

Your session takes place in a private studio in Fredericksburg, Virginia, designed to work with a range of dog personalities and energy levels.

During your session, you can expect:

  • A private studio environment with no other dogs present

  • A guided session with time for brief breaks and pacing as needed

  • Support for dogs who arrive energetic, cautious, or somewhere in between

  • The use of leads when helpful, which are fully removed during editing

The session is structured but flexible, allowing your dog to settle in, engage, and show their personality—while still feeling like themselves.

Image Selection & Upgrades

After your session, your images are carefully selected into a curated gallery of 10 finished portraits.

From there:

  • Your session includes 5 fully edited digital images

  • You can upgrade to the full set of 10 images, which includes a $100 studio credit to apply toward finished pieces

  • Or select additional images individually for $75 each

Everything is designed to be simple and intentional, so every image feels like a favorite.

Enjoying Your Portraits

Your images are delivered in an online gallery you can access anytime.

From there, you can:

  • View your gallery and download your included images

  • Upgrade or select additional images if desired

  • Choose finished pieces for your home and apply your studio credit—all directly within your gallery

Everything is completed online at your own pace—no in-person or virtual ordering appointments required.
